The Countless Forms of Love

Across the infinite existence.
 In realm upon realm
God guides my big spaceship.
He is at the helm
Across the infinite existence
In the heavens above
There are countless forms of freedom
And countless forms of love
One form of love is victory
One form of love is glory
One form of love is freedom
In this neverending story
One form of love is heaven
And heaven's bigger than you think
There will be plenty of banquets to feast on
And plenty of stout beer to drink
One form of love is beauty
One form of love is faith
One form of love is galaxies
In the endless expanse of space
One form of love is complexity
One form of love is wonder
One form of love is lightning
One form of love is thunder
One form of love is battle
But not always with a sword
My biggest guns and weapons
Are the fire of God's word
Out of the many endless forms
That love and freedom take
The greatest of all loves
Comes through the fathoms of His grace.

Some people strive to turn their mind into a fortress—a Stoic "inner citadel," an impenetrable bastion of psychological and spiritual security that no danger or enemy can conquer or destroy. It’s a noble and intriguing endeavor, turning your mind into a fortress. But for myself? I would forgo the citadel and instead transform my mind into a bottomless ocean. An unfathomably deep ocean that I can retreat into, like a submarine capable of withstanding the abyssal depths.
