Certainty

Love is priceless
Talk is cheap
Friendship is meaningless
unless it is free
Hope is the tool
that powers us forward
Faith is the rocket
that launches us skyward
resilience is the quality
of the strong and courageous
Though nothing is certain,
certainty of certain things is greatly advantagious
Certainty of a God that loves us dearly,
Certainty of a Family that cherishes us greatly
Certainty of a future
that promises help
Certainty of opportunity
that could bring us wealth
Certainty of our will
that will gives us a way
Though few things are certain
this I must say
That faith is a certainty
of what we don't see
That from all the uncertainty
we will one day be free 
So be confident in faith
and certain of hope
and steadfast in Love
be resilient in trial
in toil and in pain
For God is always with you
of this I am certain

Some people strive to turn their mind into a fortress—a Stoic "inner citadel," an impenetrable bastion of psychological and spiritual security that no danger or enemy can conquer or destroy. It’s a noble and intriguing endeavor, turning your mind into a fortress. But for myself? I would forgo the citadel and instead transform my mind into a bottomless ocean.
